About this role
We are recruiting a UK & European-trained osteopath for a private family in Abu Dhabi, to anchor the discreet rehabilitation suite appointment. This post rewards steadiness, good judgement and quiet reliability, given how closely manual therapy, posture and musculoskeletal care touches family life. Time abroad with the family is part of the work, with particular attention to easing the strain of long flights and unfamiliar beds. Your employer is the family itself, under a direct contract; Medical Staff Talent simply introduces and verifies.
Requirements
- Applicants must be a registered osteopath, UK or European trained, ready to lead on manual therapy, posture and musculoskeletal care. We look for 2+ years in clinical practice since qualifying, with proven reliability in roles that ran for years. UK or European qualification is the only route into this appointment, and it applies equally to every candidate we meet. Excellent written and spoken English is needed for notes, handovers and conversations, and you will sign a confidentiality agreement before starting. We verify your qualifications and registration ourselves before any introduction, and we report anything unclear to you first.
Benefits
- Remuneration is gross, set at £93,000 – £108,000, with the contract intended to last. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Accommodation within the family's residence in Abu Dhabi is arranged and paid for by the family. The family gives generous paid leave each year, in addition to flights to see your own family. The contract is yours and the family's alone, exactly as the family intends. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
