About this role
A private family in Dubai has opened a permanent osteopath post, with unsupervised responsibility from the first day. Autonomy is the heart of this appointment, balanced by complete discretion, with the family's trust behind you. Time abroad forms part of the appointment, including the Alps, where you keep hands-on care seamless, and you decide how it is delivered. We verify each osteopath's registration, references and training before any introduction, leaving the family free to judge fit. The employment relationship is yours and the family's alone, so expectations around a confidential family appointment are clear from the start.
Requirements
- Applicants must be registered osteopaths from the UK or European systems. You should have worked no fewer than 3 years since qualifying, enough to carry unsupervised responsibility. We consider osteopaths trained and registered in the UK or Europe only, and that standard applies to every candidate we introduce. Excellent spoken and written English is expected; the family expects confidentiality and discretion from the first day - a point the family raises early. We introduce only those osteopaths whose credentials we have checked ourselves, every time.
Benefits
- Salary is gross at £75,000 – £90,000, for a role held with autonomous decision-making. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Accommodation within the family's residence is provided by the family, so you can focus on hands-on care. Rest is protected: leave and flights home are part of the offer, with cover planned around your sole charge duties. The family is the employer and signs the contract with you directly, a clean arrangement for an osteopath in Dubai. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
