The Ortho Tech is responsible for the application, adjustment, and removal of orthopedic casts, splints, and related devices, while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and education throughout the treatment process. This role works closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and clinic staff to support efficient clinic flow, high quality care delivery, and an excellent patient and family experience.
