Job title: Orthopedic Registered Nurse
About the Role Join Crystal Clinic Orthopaedic Center as an Orthopedic Registered Nurse. This onsite, full-time role provides direct patient care, assessments, and post-operative management to support patient recovery.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care and post-operative management
- Assess patient status and communicate findings to the care team
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
What We're Looking For
- Current Ohio RN license
- BLS certification (within 1 month)
- 1+ years acute care experience (orthopedics preferred)
- ADN/ASN or BSN
- ACLS/Orthopedic Nurse Certification preferred
- Strong assessment and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Orthopedics experience (preferred)
- Additional certifications in ACLS or orthopedic specialization (optional)
Compensation & Benefits Salary: $31-$48/hour (hourly)
