Job title: Orthodontic Sales Representative - Norte/Galicia/Asturias (m/f/x)
Join Solventum as Orthodontic Sales Representative for Norte/Galicia/Asturias. You will drive sales of our orthodontic product portfolio in Galicia and Asturias, building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and contributing to Solventum's mission to enable better, safer healthcare. This hybrid, field-based role combines scientific engagement with commercial execution to improve patient outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Achieve sales targets in your territory for the orthodontic product portfolio.
- Develop and manage relationships with healthcare professionals at medical and financial levels.
- Foster scientific and health economics knowledge in daily activity to support business opportunities.
- Convert business opportunities into revenue; maintain accurate CRM data and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Solventum's internal processes and code of conduct.
- Actively manage your territory and develop action plans with Marketing and clinical managers.
- Travel as required and drive a company vehicle; pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for those offered/hired.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Health Sciences, Dentistry and/or Business Administration, Economics.
- Fluent Spanish; good English skills.
- Current, valid Driver’s License.
- Experience in the dental sector, preferably in orthodontic sales.
- Additional management studies (MBA) or scientific/pharmaceutical background valued.
- Work location: Hybrid / Galicia / Asturias
- Travel up to 50% domestically
- Must be legally authorized to work in country without sponsorship
