About the Role An Organizing Fellowship designed to train and place new organizers in the labor movement. The program blends classroom instruction with hands-on field organizing on active campaigns to build power for workers in Upstate New York and Vermont.
What You'll Do
- Participate in classroom sessions on history, theory, and tactics
- Be placed in the field on active organizing campaigns to develop organizing skills
- Collaborate with experienced organizers and worker committees
- Help build the movement in Upstate New York and Vermont
