Organizational Transformation Specialist

About the Role

Join Melia Hotels International as an Organizational Transformation Specialist focused on driving productivity and margin improvements through structural redesign, processes optimization, and adoption of AI, automation and advanced analytics across the organization. You will act as a key driver of transformation, guiding teams through new operating models, governance, and technologies, with measurable results in efficiency, costs, productivity and profitability. What You'll Do

• Optimize organizational structures and improve sizing ratios.

• Simplify org charts and clarify responsibilities.

• Diagnose the current organizational and operating model, identifying efficiency gaps and margin improvement opportunities.

• Analyze structures, job descriptions, processes and work models to identify optimization levers and margin improvements.

• Redesign processes, roles and responsibilities to maximize performance and eliminate duplications or inefficiencies.

• Drive practical adoption of AI, automation and data analytics as enablers of efficiency.

• Facilitate workshops with executive and operations teams with an analytical, structured, results-driven approach to problem-solving.

• Improve productivity by function and by employee.

• Define productivity and efficiency KPIs and monitor their economic impact.

• Implement more agile, results-oriented governance models.

• Lead organizational change processes related to structural optimization, digital transformation and AI implementation.

• Implement changes acting as a bridge between technical, business and people, ensuring strategic alignment. What We're Looking For

• 4–6 years of experience in strategic consulting or operations or internal transformation leadership roles.

• Proven experience in initiatives focused on productivity improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.

• Experience implementing advanced technology solutions (AI, automation, data analytics).

• Strong knowledge and immersion in the AI ecosystem and its practical application as a real lever for efficiency and profitability.

• Experience in organizational transformation projects involving restructurings and/or digitalization and/or implementation of advanced technology solutions (AI, automation, data, etc.).

• High analytical capability to interpret organizational and operational data, generate objective diagnostics and a structured view to support strategic decision making.

• Experience measuring economic impact and tracking KPIs for efficiency.

• Strong negotiation and influencing skills in complex environments.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strategic vision and results orientation.

• University degree in Industrial Engineering and ADE (Ingeniería en Organización Industrial y ADE).

• High English proficiency.
