Job title: Organizational Development Consultant
About the Role This role serves as a strategic partner within Lockton's Global People function, leading the design, delivery, and evaluation of Organizational Development initiatives that align Talent, Leadership, and Culture with business strategy. Reporting to the US Head of Organizational Development, you will diagnose and deliver programmatic solutions across the employee lifecycle to grow and develop Lockton Associates, partnering with HRBPs, the Talent Development Network, and the Global OD team. You will act as an in-house OD consultant covering Talent, Leadership & Culture, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Change Leadership, and Learning & Development, delivering measurable, scalable programs and shaping Lockton’s evolving culture.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end design, delivery & evaluation of programmatic solutions that grow & develop Associates at Lockton.
- Consult with the business to diagnose solutions to optimize the human capital lifecycle.
- Partner with the business, HRBPs, the Talent Development Network, and the Global OD team; serve as a thought partner to HRLT.
- Drive strategic and tactical delivery of Global OD initiatives.
- Foster strong business partnerships with stakeholders at every level; lead strategic, commercial, collaborative conversations.
- Model positive leadership and act as a motivated player-coach to develop the Global OD Team and the broader organization.
- Ensure programs deliver measurable impact, are scalable, and remain relevant as Lockton grows and evolves culturally.
What We're Looking For
- Strong OD experience: 15+ years (design, delivery & evaluation) with demonstrable impact and value.
- Track record as an internal preferred consultant role: client-obsessed, with gravitas, clear communication & strong delivery.
- Experience in a larger global commercial organization with a highly matrixed environment preferred.
- Financial or Professional Services and/or Insurance industry experience preferred.
- Autonomous operator – able to work things out & get stuff done at pace.
