Organizational Consulting Psychologist

About the Role

Cape Fox Facilities Services (CFFS) is seeking a highly skilled and licensed Organizational Consulting Psychologist at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. This role provides expert guidance on human performance factors, leadership development, and coordination with installation medical resources to support mission readiness. You will travel to designated sites and work within DoD/Army policies to enhance individual and organizational health and performance.

What You'll Do

• Practice within the guidelines of state licensing boards, APA Ethical Principles, and MTF privileges; adhere to Army OTSG/MEDCOM, DHA, and/or Combatant Command Force Health Protection policies for deployment assessments.

• Provide subject matter expertise and consultation to commanders or unit leadership on human performance factors (policy application, work schedule issues, managing maladaptive behaviors, resilience training, environmental challenges, motivational strategies, etc.).

• Provide leadership coaching to help leaders at all levels leverage their personal leadership skills to maximize performance in personal, mission and organizational goals.

• Coordinate and liaise between leadership and installation medical resources to identify appropriate resource needs for individuals and mission performance.

• Develop training and education that merges science and best practices of organizational and individual health and wellness with current DoD and Army policy.

• Travel to MSCs CONUS/OCONUS as directed by the OTCS at least 8 times per PoP. Travel details include three days at domestic locations and five days at international locations per trip, with additional travel for critical incidents, requested training, or leadership conferences as specified by INSCOM leadership.

• What We're Looking For

• Licensed Psychologist with specialization in Organizational Psychology.

• Experience providing subject matter expertise and consultation to leadership on human performance factors.

• Ability to work within DoD/Army policy guidelines and adapt to deployment assessments.

• Strong leadership coaching skills and ability to support performance optimization at multiple levels.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (as per travel schedule).

• Ability to coordinate with installation medical resources and convey resource needs effectively.

• Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $170,000 – $180,000 annually (USD).

• Bonus up to $10,000.

• May be eligible for additional compensation including benefits.
