About the Role Cape Fox Facilities Services (CFFS) is seeking a highly skilled and licensed Organizational Consulting Psychologist at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. This role provides expert guidance on human performance factors, leadership development, and coordination with installation medical resources to support mission readiness. You will travel to designated sites and work within DoD/Army policies to enhance individual and organizational health and performance.
What You'll Do
- Practice within the guidelines of state licensing boards, APA Ethical Principles, and MTF privileges; adhere to Army OTSG/MEDCOM, DHA, and/or Combatant Command Force Health Protection policies for deployment assessments.
