About the Role Accenture’s Organizational Change Manager role supports clients in reinventing how work operates in an AI-enabled, data-informed environment, guiding change initiatives across people, processes, and technology.

What You'll Do

• Lead and design enterprise change programs in environments evolving with data, automation and Generative AI.
• Help clients redefine operating models, workforce models and human-centered experiences to scale change with speed.
• Partner with clients to define GenAI usage, readiness, skills shifts, governance, and accountability across the organization.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data, analytics and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness, adoption and behavior change, and inform course corrections.
• Design agile, future-ready change strategies and exec-ready communications; co-create scalable change journeys using digital and AI-enabled approaches.
• Apply human-centered design to create scalable change solutions and enablement content for managers.
• Leverage Generative AI to accelerate delivery while owning quality and impact.
• Help clients build lasting change capabilities to adapt as tech and ways of working evolve.
• Contribute to Accenture business development through proposals and client relationships.
• Willingness to travel to support client work as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 5 years’ Organization Change Management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a consulting practitioner.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of Chemicals & Natural Resources industry experience.
• Bonus points for applying GenAI to organizational change work.
• Experience leading or working in human + digital teams with GenAI actively used.
• Experience designing, implementing, and scaling HR and Talent processes in technology-enabled environments.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled HR/workforce tools.
• Commitment to staying current on capabilities, limitations, risks, and governance of emerging technologies and translating them into ethical, sustainable practices.

Nice to Have

• Applied GenAI to deliver change: analytics, communications, and enablement content at scale.
• Experience enabling responsible GenAI adoption through governance and human accountability.
• Experience in HR/talent processes with GenAI-supported learning and reskilling.
• Experience in human + digital teams where GenAI supports decision-making with clear human ownership.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled workforce tools and future workforce design.
