What You'll Do
- Lead and design enterprise change programs in environments evolving with data, automation and Generative AI.
- Help clients redefine operating models, workforce models and human-centered experiences to scale change with speed.
- Partner with clients to define GenAI usage, readiness, skills shifts, governance, and accountability across the organization.
- Use quantitative and qualitative data, analytics and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness, adoption and behavior change, and inform course corrections.
