About the Role Guidehouse is seeking a dynamic Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to support a Department of State bureau in managing technological and structural transitions, ensuring continuity, resilience, and the successful adoption of new systems and processes. The OCM Specialist will shape and execute change management strategies that guide diverse international audiences through complex organizational and technological shifts.
What You'll Do
- Shape and execute change management strategies that guide diverse international audiences through complex organizational and technological shifts.
- Design and deliver targeted communications; oversee the assessment and coordination of enterprise-wide change impacts; manage stakeholder engagement across bureaus, posts, leadership teams, and functional partners.
- Contribute to high-quality program deliverables, develop executive-ready materials, support training and user adoption efforts, and monitor change effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate across workstreams and align with Department of State governance processes.

- Strong communications design and delivery skills for diverse audiences.
