Job Description Primary Function of Position The Organization Development Specialist drives the operational execution and continuous improvement of Global Talent Management programs that support Intuitive's talent. Partnering with HR Centers of Excellence, leaders, employees, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders, this role manages a broad portfolio of initiatives including onboarding, leadership development, executive programs, talent reviews, and succession planning.

Key responsibilities include program and project management, operational coordination, communications, reporting and analytics, vendor management, and internal client support. Success in this role requires strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on delivering scalable, high-quality experiences, leveraging technology and AI-enabled tools, and ensuring operational excellence across talent programs.

Essential Job Duties Coordinate end-to-end execution of Talent Management programs and events managing planning, logistics, and stakeholder communication. Own project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent Talent Management initiatives, tracking dependencies and keeping stakeholders aligned Oversee program operations, adhere to budgets, work with vendors, and cross-functional partnerships to ensure efficient execution and high-quality service delivery. Collect, analyze, and report on program metrics, participant feedback, and operational data to measure effectiveness, process optimization and inform decision-making. Partner with analytics teams to deliver actionable insights and reporting that support program performance and strategic decision-making. Respond to senior leader, employee, and stakeholder inquiries by providing timely, accurate program information and guidance. Drive continuous improvement by leveraging technology, AI-enabled tools, and process enhancements to improve scalability, efficiency, and participant experience. Serve as a trusted operational partner by maintaining program resources, knowledge repositories, communications, and stakeholder support for leaders, employees, and external partners.

Qualifications

  • Required Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience (preferably in an HR, learning & design, human behavior, and/or education-focused role);
  • Proven ability to use data, analytics, and business knowledge to solve complex business problems.
  • Administrative/back-end use of LMS systems
  • Experience with event coordination/training program logistics
  • Organizational and project management skills with a focus on detailed execution
  • Problem-solving and analytical mindset, interested in process improvement
  • Experience presenting and facilitating small- to large-sized groups
  • Team player with the ability to build productive working relationships and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to all audiences
  • Experience and interest in interacting with a globally distributed, multi-cultural employee population
  • Technical savvy with Excel, Word, PowerPoint; ability to learn new software
  • Ability to work in a team toward common goals, as well as self-directed to complete individual deliverables
  • Use of web conferencing / virtual classroom software

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in organizational development, psychology, instructional design, HR, or education)

  • Working Conditions

  • Available periodic evenings and some weekend hours with prior notice for program support

  • Willingness to travel to company functions and off-site trainings events; Travel
