Job title: Organization Development Senior Consultant
About the Role Guidehouse is seeking an Organization Development Senior Consultant to support large-scale transformation initiatives, including planning and executing organizational redesigns, enabling leadership effectiveness, and strengthening team performance to achieve mission outcomes. The Senior Consultant will independently manage workstreams, contribute to practice results, and lead junior staff while delivering high-quality, client-ready products. The ideal candidate combines expertise in organizational design, leadership development, and facilitation with strong consulting, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support organizational design and restructuring efforts, including current/future state design, governance models, and transition planning
- Develop and implement change and organization development strategies aligned with client mission, workforce requirements, and operating models
- Design and deliver leadership development programs, including competency models, coaching frameworks, and executive workshops
- Facilitate team effectiveness workshops, including strategic planning sessions, team charters, and conflict resolution
- Independently manage workstreams, contribute to practice results, and mentor junior staff while delivering high-quality, client-ready products
What We're Looking For
- Expertise in organizational design, leadership development, and facilitation with strong consulting, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives from planning to implementation
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, collaborate with client teams, and deliver high-quality, client-ready deliverables
