About the Role The Organ Health Specialist (OHS) will join the Natera Organ Health sales team to drive revenue growth and market development within the nephrology and transplant markets. You will cultivate deep clinician relationships, execute strategic business plans, and promote adoption of genetic testing tools (Renasight) across large health systems and academic networks in the Piedmont Triad and Research Triangle regions. This role involves field-based engagement with up to 35% travel. What You'll Do
- Drive Behavior & Habit Change: Educate and influence clinicians to integrate advanced genetic testing into CKD management.
- Build & Leverage Strategic Relationships: Develop high-trust partnerships with nephrologists, transplant specialists, and KOLs.
- Navigate Major Health Systems: Penetrate large IDNs and regional academic medical centers.
- Exceed Sales Goals: Achieve targets through strategic territory management and successful product launches.
- Act as a Technical Expert: Serve as the local clinical and technology expert for our services. What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of progressive sales experience, ideally in diagnostics, genetics, or LDTs.
- Target Network: Pre-existing nephrology relationships are highly advantageous.
- Institutional Knowledge: Proven ability to navigate large academic medical systems and major regional networks; direct experience with UNC Health, Duke Health, or Wake Forest Baptist Health preferred.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 35% within the Greensboro–Durham corridor.
- Skills & Abilities: Relationship-driven hunter mindset, strategic problem-solving, elite communication, and strong execution in fast-paced environments. Nice to Have
- Pre-existing relationships within the nephrology space are highly advantageous. Compensation & Benefits
- OTE: $180,000—$200,000 USD per year, inclusive of base salary plus uncapped commissions; car allowance and comprehensive benefits.
- The stated OTE is for the 1st year and reflects a range based on factors such as experience, certifications, and location. OTE represents target earnings and is not guaranteed.
