About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic Logistics/Warehouse Employee who will be responsible for receiving, processing, storing and shipping goods in one warehouse in line with standard work and KPIs. The role supports Videojet's operations in De Meern, focusing on accurate order processing, inventory control and safe operation of warehouse equipment.
What You'll Do
- Unload, inspect, and document incoming shipments; verify order accuracy; ensure proper storage.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications; ensure items are correctly labeled and packaged.
- Conduct regular inventory checks; maintain accurate records; report discrepancies; assist in stock control.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks); perform routine maintenance checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with other warehouse staff and supervisors to meet daily operational goals; communicate effectively to resolve issues.
- Adhere to standard work and KPIs for warehouse processes.
What We're Looking For
- MBO level education preferred.
- Certification for operating forklifts and other warehouse machinery.
- Dutch language proficiency to perform tasks, understand work instructions, and communicate effectively.
- Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.
