Founded in 2007 to add a touch of professionalism to the hospitality and tourism industry, it is located in one of the most secured and serene locations in Lagos.

Job Description

Receive and coordinate restaurant and room-service orders to ensure guests receive accurate, timely and courteous service.

Responsibilities

Take food and beverage orders by telephone or in person and enter them accurately into the POS system.
Explain menu items, availability and prices clearly to guests.
Confirm room numbers, guest details, special requests and dietary or allergy information, and relay them to the appropriate team.
Coordinate with kitchen, bar and service staff to monitor order preparation and delivery.
Check order accuracy, communicate delays and follow up guest concerns promptly.
Maintain order records and comply with hotel service, hygiene and billing procedures.

Requirements

Minimum of SSCE; OND or training in Hospitality or a related discipline is an advantage.
At least 1 year of restaurant, room-service or order-taking experience.
Clear communication, good telephone etiquette and strong customer service skills.
Ability to use a POS system, multitask and work accurately under pressure.
Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
