Order Management Coordinator (Japanese)

About the Role Join Motorola Solutions as an Order Management Coordinator (Japanese) responsible for end-to-end order processing and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely fulfillment. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers and coordinate with Sales, Finance, Product and Fulfillment to deliver accurate, compliant orders. What You'll Do

• Coordinate end-to-end order processing from order creation to shipment, collaborating with Sales, Finance, Product, and Fulfillment center.
• Process orders with correct documents in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Be the single point of contact for customers on their orders and inquiries via email and chat.
• Handle inquiries, questions, complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information as requested.
• Review scheduled ship date for each order and provide ship commit to customer upon request.
• Attend weekly business meetings and provide information on shippable orders for the month.
• Assign serial numbers to orders prior to shipments; provide reports to customers after shipments are closed.
• Participate in improvement projects to drive higher levels of service quality and ensure customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2-3 years of experience in order management, customer service, or related field.
• Excellent command of Japanese (spoken and written); native or JLPT N1.
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word; experience with Tableau and Salesforce is essential.
• Ability to work with various stakeholders and build proactive partnerships.
• Self-starter and independent worker.
• SAP/Oracle or other database system experience is preferred.
• Attention to detail, creative and results-oriented.
• Ability to take initiative to solve problems and improve work processes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to change as needed.
