Job title: Order Management Analyst with Spanish (Temporary position)
About the Role We are seeking an Order Management Analyst with Spanish for a temporary position to actively manage customer orders and demand planning in SAP, ensure plausibility with customers and alignment with real demand, and coordinate with material planning and plant sites to ensure timely production and delivery.
What You'll Do
- Actively manage customer orders and demand planning in SAP
- Check plausibility and alignment with customer regarding actual demand (volume and timing)
- Check plan-orders within the daily routine
- Reconcile confirmed orders with production and delivery dates; coordinate solutions with customer and material planning, escalate when no agreement is found
- Provide date confirmations to customers and maintain order on-hand lists
- Control customer specifications for production
- Analyze disposition-parameters per customer
- Coordinate order releases with dispatch department
- Inventory and cylinder tracking; discuss with customer if required
- Interface for sales, quality, dispatch, material planning, demand planning at plant sites
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in customer facing roles (order management, customer service, collections, accounts receivable)
- Advanced level of English and advanced level of Spanish
- Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
- Knowledge of M365 tools
- Customer focus, adaptability, accountability, decision-making skills

- Experience working in a manufacturing or packaging environment (optional)
