About the Role
We are looking for an organized Order Fulfillment / Production Supervisor to monitor customer orders from approval to completion, coordinate production activities, and ensure orders are completed correctly and on schedule.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor customer orders from approval to completion.
- Coordinate with Graphics, Production, QC, Inventory, and Dispatch teams.
- Ensure production jobs follow approved specifications and schedules.
- Track order progress and follow up on pending jobs.
- Identify and resolve delays affecting order completion.
- Maintain accurate order records and production reports.
- Ensure finished products meet customer requirements.
- Communicate order updates to relevant departments.
- Monitor production timelines and ensure timely delivery.
- Report production issues and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in production or order management.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to coordinate different teams.
- Good record-keeping and reporting skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
