About the Role DHL Supply Chain is hiring for an Order Filler Picker to support order fulfillment across multiple departments including inbound, outbound, auto store, domestic and international shipments. The role ensures safe, accurate filling of customer orders and contributes to efficient warehouse operations.
What You'll Do
- Order fulfillment as an Order Picker and Packer with cross-trained skills across multiple departments including inbound, outbound, auto store, domestic and international shipping, receiving.
- Prepare product for safe shipment and verify accuracy using computer, shipping label, and/or packing list.
- Replenish or pick product with direction from pick sheets or handheld computer.
- Obtain merchandise from bins or shelves to fill orders.
- Transport orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment.
- Assist in physical inventories.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of one year's experience in order fulfillment as an Order Picker and Packer with cross-trained skills across multiple departments including inbound, outbound, auto store, domestic and international shipping, receiving.
- Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is highly desired (examples: JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, SAP).
- Able to stand for extended periods (up to 90% of shift) and safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to verify accuracy using shipping label, packing list, and computer.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with WMS platforms such as JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, SAP.
