Achieve more with Volt Volt is immediately hiring for Order Entry Specialist in Huntersville, NC As an Order Entry Specialist, you will: Be entering orders manually process customer orders in a timely manner with minimal to zero errors. Be answering customer calls and assisting with any scenario presented. Be responsible for entering orders and assisting customers across phones, chat, and email. Be receiving of calls from Customers who may be inquiring about product related questions and issues. Be managing customer inquiries via the live chat messaging channel. Be ensuring all customers are assisted in the fewest number of interactions with the overall goal being one-touch. Be running reporting to proactively process customer orders that are on hold. This is a full-time contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have: 2+ years' work experience in Customer service, retail, and customer facing. 1 year experience in Microsoft Office 365 Suite Preferred Skills and Qualifications: 1 year data entry experience. Teams and Outlook experience. Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.00per hour
