Job title: Order & Claims Intern

About the Role As a member of our Sofia team, you will be responsible for providing timely support to BIC's B2B customers around the world. As an Order & Claims intern, you will gain knowledge in the entire customer lifecycle—from receiving orders to payment and answering customer inquiries—and be part of driving our business forward.

What You'll Do

• Order Management: Capturing, creating, maintaining, tracking, and fulfilling customer orders and requests received via different information channels. Handle customer orders and requests to settlement within predefined timeframes according to company standards. Coordinate processes flows of pricing, quantity, or product replacements, returns, and corrections.
• Billing & Invoicing: Creating invoices for customers' orders and requesting them to settle the dues. Ensure that invoices are generated and sent timely to customers. Ensuring customers receive and accepted their bills, ready for on-time payment.
• Claims Management: Handle customer complaints and resolve issues. Follow-up communication with customers and local teams resolving issues.
