About the Role At Huron, you will play a key role in delivering Oracle HCM Payroll solutions within ERP cloud implementations. You’ll lead and contribute to client engagements, shape technology solutions aligned with client goals, and mentor junior staff as needed. You’ll partner with clients and colleagues to drive transformation and deliver measurable results. What You'll Do
- Lead and manage Oracle HCM Payroll implementations end-to-end across client engagements
- Plan, shape, and deliver technology solutions that align with client goals, visions, and missions
- Mentor and coach junior staff on engagements, sharing expertise and feedback
- Build trusted relationships with clients and collaborate with internal teams
- Manage multiple engagements of varying size and duration
- Travel up to 50% to support clients and internal teams
- Provide industry-specific insights and identify opportunities for value creation What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- 3–7+ years of experience supporting ERP cloud implementations in a consulting environment
- 3+ years hands-on experience implementing Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll
- Demonstrated expertise in Oracle HCM Payroll end-to-end implementations
- Functional application specialist experience across one or more domains: Cloud ERP, EPM, CRM, or Data Management
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to build trusted client and team relationships
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop others; leadership or team-lead experience preferred
- Ability to deliver industry-specific insights and identify value-creation opportunities based on a deep understanding of client challenges
- Demonstrated success managing multiple engagements of varying size and duration
- Willingness to travel up to 50% Nice to Have

- Base salary range: USD 115,000 - 185,000 per year
- Total compensation range (including annual incentive): USD 128,800 - 231,250
