About the Role You will be a transformation-focused Oracle HCM consultant who helps clients navigate digitization by implementing Oracle HCM Cloud for Workforce HR & Compensation. You’ll lead design, configuration, and delivery of Oracle HCM solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust designs and go-live readiness. What You'll Do
- Implement Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce HR & Compensation.
- Gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements with client teams.
- Configure and optimize upstream and downstream HR processes within Oracle HCM, including conversions, integrations, and reports.
- Translate requirements into detailed configuration tasks across compensation plans, eligibility profiles, budgeting, worksheets, total comp statements, grades/grade step progression, and salary differentials.
