Oracle HCM Core HR & Compensation Consultant Business Architecture Team Lead/Consultant | Mid-Level | Full time

About the Role You will be a transformation-focused Oracle HCM consultant who helps clients navigate digitization by implementing Oracle HCM Cloud for Workforce HR & Compensation. You’ll lead design, configuration, and delivery of Oracle HCM solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust designs and go-live readiness. What You'll Do

• Implement Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce HR & Compensation.
• Gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements with client teams.
• Configure and optimize upstream and downstream HR processes within Oracle HCM, including conversions, integrations, and reports.
• Translate requirements into detailed configuration tasks across compensation plans, eligibility profiles, budgeting, worksheets, total comp statements, grades/grade step progression, and salary differentials.
• Create functional and technical design documents.
• Facilitate design workshops for End-to-End Compensation Processes with business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend robust designs based on Oracle functionality.
• Support planning and execution of testing cycles, as well as perform cutover activities for go-live preparation.
• Plan and organize tasks and report progress on the track/deliverables; travel may be required. What We're Looking For
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM with emphasis on Core HR & Compensation.
• Minimum of 1 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience; or Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience.
• Bonus Points if certified in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation.
• Cross-functional exposure to other HCM modules.
• Experience implementing Redwood Pages and using VBS.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust with clients and deliver large-scale implementation projects. Nice to Have
• Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation certification (bonus).

• Annual salary range varies by location: USD 54,400 to 196,000 per year (min-max across listed locations).
