Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Senior We are seeking an experienced Oracle Technical Consultant to join our team. This role involves developing and implementing Oracle-based solutions to meet business requirements, supporting system integration. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Oracle technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Oracle Fusion BIP Publisher and OTBI Reports.
- Develop and maintain fast formulas for different Oracle Modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Compensation, Benefits).
- Creating clear, comprehensive technical documentation including design specs, integration guides, and user manuals.
- Data Conversions using HDL (HCM Data Loader).
- HCM Integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Integrations/Extensions using HCM Extracts.
