About the Role Oracle GTM Functional Manager will design and oversee the configuration of Oracle GTM to meet client needs, including product classification, screening, compliance workflows, license management, and customs filings. This role partners with technical architects, leads workshops and go-lives, and ensures solutions are scalable and audit-ready. What You'll Do
- Design and oversee configuration of Oracle GTM including: Product classification (HS, ECCN, PGA), party and transaction screening (restricted party, embargo, denied party), Import and export compliance workflows, License management and utilization, Customs filings, trade agreements, duty and tax calculations
- Ensure solutions follow Oracle leading practices and are scalable and audit-ready
- Lead client workshops, CRPs, testing cycles, and go-live activities
- Partner closely with technical architects to ensure functional intent is correctly implemented
- Apply Accenture's methodology, procedures, and leading practices; operate independently to deliver quality work
- May act as the team lead, managing the team and engaging with client leadership, including critical project documentation
- Contribute to business development activities and participate in hands-on GTM configuration
- Support post go-live hypercare, optimization, and continuous improvement
- Travel may be required; all roles include some in-person time for collaboration What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 7 years of Oracle GTM and related products experience
- Minimum of 3 years end-to-end GTM implementations with strong knowledge of transportation planning, execution, and freight settlement
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience; or associate degree with 6 years
- Bonus: Oracle OTM/GTM certifications; experience integrating GTM with Oracle Fusion and other ERPs Nice to Have

- Salary range: USD 80,400 – 266,300 per year, depending on location and experience
