We are seeking a mid-level Oracle Fusion HCM Configuration & Reporting Analyst to join our Enterprise Cloud Practice. In this role, you will work directly with federal agency stakeholders to gather business requirements, configure Oracle Cloud Core HR and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), and develop operational reports and analytics. You will play a vital role across the full implementation lifecycle—from fit-gap analysis to SIT/UAT testing, go-live, and post-production hypercare.
Key Responsibilities
-
Requirements & Analysis: Participate in requirements gathering sessions and business process workshops with federal agency stakeholders; translate complex HR policies into clear functional design documentation and traceability matrices.
-
Module Configuration: Hands-on functional setup and maintenance of Oracle Cloud Core HR/Global HR and Oracle Time & Attendance (OTL) to align with federal mandates and agency-specific workflows.
-
Reporting & Analytics: Design, build, and test custom operational reports, dashboards, and data extracts using OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP).
-
Testing & Support: Lead functional test scripts execution during SIT and UAT; log, track, and resolve defect tickets.
-
Integration & Cross-Workstream Alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional team members across Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Technical/Data Migration workstreams to ensure seamless integration.
-
Post-Implementation: Provide post-go-live hypercare support, issue triage, and end-user enablement.
-
Required Qualifications
-
Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on Oracle Cloud HCM implementation and post-implementation experience within enterprise environments.
-
Domain Focus: Proven expertise in Core HR / Global HR and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) functional setup and reporting.
-
Federal Knowledge: Deep understanding of federal HR transaction workflows, personnel actions (e.g., OPM guidelines, PAR actions), and time tracking standards to minimize ramp-up time.
-

Participation in at least one full end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementation lifecycle (Requirements through Go-Live/Post-Production Support).
-
