Wipro Limited is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant with extensive experience in Oracle Cloud HCM and cloud-based HR solutions. The role focuses on implementing and supporting HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Performance, Compensation, and Time & Labour, leveraging OTBI, HDL, HCM Extracts and Fast Formulas.
Responsibilities include providing technical consulting for Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and support across modules, developing, customizing, and maintaining OTBI reports, BI Reports, HDL, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas, managing data migration activities, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, working independently while managing multiple deadlines, and effectively communicating with all levels, from developers to key stakeholders.
Qualifications include 10+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM experience with at least 5 years in Oracle HCM Cloud, 3-4 years of implementation/support experience on Cloud HCM Modules as a Technical Consultant, strong technical knowledge of OTBI, BI Reports, HDL, HCM Extracts and Fast Formulas, and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics and Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related technical discipline. Experience in importing data, mass updates of data, and data migration activities is required, along with the ability to work independently, manage scope and client expectations, and collaborate with all levels from developers to stakeholders.
Soft skills include being motivated, self-driven, possessing strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, strong organizational skills, and strong verbal and written communication. Certifications are not mandatory, and a background of 6+ years hands-on with Oracle Cloud and products is preferred. Required education is a B-Tech or Master’s Degree, preferably in Information Systems.
