About the Role Valce Talent Solutions seeks an Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Consultant to support Oracle Cloud ERP functionalities with deep expertise in GL, AP, AR, FA, Revenue, Tax, and Cash Management. The role involves gathering business requirements, designing workflows, presenting quarterly feature updates, validating end-to-end processes, and enabling end-user training and documentation. What You'll Do
- Support Oracle Cloud ERP functionalities
- Demonstrate and present new features during quarterly updates
- Gather and analyze business requirements for ERP
- Prepare design documents
- Design workflows and rules to align with business processes
- Validate end-to-end business processes post quarterly updates
- Provide functional inputs to design Automated Functional Test Cases
- Share and implement AI features available in Oracle Cloud ERP and participate in building agents using Oracle Agentic AI Studio
- Analyze and integrate Oracle Cloud ERP with other applications
- Conduct system and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Provide training to end-users and create documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues
- Collaborate with technical teams for seamless system integration
- Ability to work on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Production Support
- Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis What We're Looking For
- Advanced English
- Minimum 15 years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and related domains
- Deep understanding of GL, AP, AR, FA, Revenue, Tax and Cash Management
- Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements for ERP
- Ability to prepare design documents and design workflows
- Experience presenting and demoing new features as part of quarterly updates
- Experience conducting system and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Experience providing training to end-users and creating documentation
- Ability to work remotely in Mexico and be located in Mexico
