Optimisation Manager

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Optimisation Manager to join Experian's Consumer Services function to own and deliver the optimisation strategy and testing roadmap. The role focuses on improving the current commercial performance of the product (through cross-sell and upsell) and experimenting with new product ideas and testing the impact of new feature releases. What You'll Do

• Own and deliver the optimisation strategy and testing roadmap across consumer journeys.
• Take accountability for the full testing lifecycle, from ideation and hypotheses through to test analysis and reporting.
• Own the enhancement and delivery of personalisation capabilities and testing roadmap, consistently looking for ways to deliver relevant and timely experiences to our customers.
• Rigorously monitor conversion rate performance across key journeys and provide updates in weekly trading meetings with senior stakeholders.
• Use heatmapping tools and session replay findings to analyse customer behaviour.
• Lead end-to-end optimisation and feature testing, managing technical delivery through agile processes while analysing performance, customer engagement, revenue impact, risks, and commercial opportunities to drive data-led product and business decisions.
• Lead quarterly customer journey mapping sessions with Product and Marketing to understand user behaviour and pain points, translating insights into customer-focused improvements. What We're Looking For
• Experience in a CRO/Optimisation/Personalisation/E-commerce role with experience in using CRO tools and platforms.
• Experience in running targeted and personalised testing.
• Proven experience of improving conversion rates and testing feature releases.
• Highly numerate and data driven.
• Flexibility to work in a cross-functional environment with multiple priorities.
• Capable of managing multiple projects and prioritising appropriately.
• Experience of working with analytics tools and session replay tools. Compensation & Benefits
