About the Role Join OPmobility's optical engineering team to develop innovative exterior and lighting systems for a safer and more sustainable mobility experience. This role focuses on leading optical system development from design to serial production, collaborating across departments to deliver robust, feasible and cost-effective solutions. What You'll Do
- Propose and supervise the optical systems development based on customer requirements, feasibility and profitability, and participate in creation of DGL.
- Follow the VPDS process for development; revise optical parameters and share know-how with a wider group of optical engineers; collaborate with other departments to find the best compromise.
- Prepare and realize presentations for customers and suppliers; coordinate builds for customer presentations; prepare verification samples (including homologation).
