About the Role As Ops Manager, you will lead and manage the production team to ensure effective execution and achievement of key Car Journey KPIs. You will drive the best possible customer experience through speed and quality of the product, while optimizing operational efficiency and reducing costs. You will oversee the refurbishment and maintenance of cars to meet quality standards and timelines. What You'll Do

- Analyze KPIs and implement strategies to achieve key business metrics
- Manage operating budget and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality
- Ensure product quality to deliver the best customer experience
- Focus on speed and efficiency for fast inventory turnover
- Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure optimal operating conditions
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance and present improvement recommendations
- Ensure hiring and training of the team
- Foster a Kavak-aligned work environment What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field
- 8+ years of operations management experience, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience managing people
- Experience managing KPIs
- Intermediate English Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: MXN 81,802 per month
