- 1 Support implementation of the respective tools, ensure coherence and uniformity of the introducedmethods and tools in cooperation with the plant manager
- 2 Participate in the drawing up and defining of the improvement plan for the plant to be looked after
- 3 Inspect the production areas to be looked after aiming at detecting potentials for improvement in the currentworkflow and company organization structure, do cause analysis and device appropriate measures
- 4 Participate in the preparation of suggestions for improvement and function as interface to CIP
