Join a laboratory where every test helps ensure the reliability and safety of the energy technologies of the future. Each day, you will prepare equipment and test samples, perform basic electrical wiring activities, and support the assembly of test circuits. You will work closely with laboratory technicians and test engineers, contributing to hands-on activities that require precision, attention to detail, and teamwork.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Prepare equipment, samples, and test setups, ensuring everything is ready for laboratory testing activities.
- Support the assembly and disassembly of test circuits and perform basic electrical wiring activities according to diagrams and operating instructions.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and conventional machine tools for assembly, maintenance, and basic mechanical work.
- Assist with the handling and positioning of equipment, working closely with laboratory technicians and test engineers during testing activities.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and comply with safety procedures, contributing to an efficient and safe working environment.
What You Bring
- A vocational diploma or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in workshop activities, maintenance, industrial installations, or similar environments, with the ability to use hand tools and technical equipment.
- Ability to read basic electrical diagrams and fundamental knowledge of electrical engineering principles, electrical components, and electrical safety.
- Good practical skills in wiring, basic soldering, and the use of measurement instruments such as multimeters, clamp meters, and calipers.
- Availability to work both indoors and outdoors, including in varying weather conditions. Experience in electrical testing laboratories, PES/PAV certifications, forklift licenses, and basic technical English knowledge are considered a plus.

You will join a laboratory team focused on high-energy testing activities, where safety, precision, and collaboration are fundamental values. The team is responsible for preparing equipment, setting up test circuits, and providing the operational support required to ensure the successful execution of laboratory tests.
You will work closely with specialized technicians and test engineers, contributing to the development of reliable and safe test setups. The environment is practical and dynamic, with activities ranging from electrical wiring and light mechanical work to equipment handling and positioning.

The total compensation package for this position, including both fixed and variable components, ranges between € 29.000 – € 34.000 gross per year.
Salary ranges for this role are provided in accordance with applicable local legislation. The stated range is based on the Italian labour market.
Where a role may be performed in multiple locations in Italy or abroad, compensation will vary depending on factors such as market conditions, including the local cost of living, as well as experience and qualifications. In such cases, the specific salary range for the location of interest will be communicated in the early stages of the recruitment process and, in any case, before any potential offer of employment is made.
