Operator - Waste Water Treatment Plant B2C - Premium Edible Oil Products Limited
Purpose
- To treat waste water and operate the Waste Water Treatment Plant so as to prevent environmental pollution and adhere to statutory and regulatory requirements
The Job
- Maintain and operate the plant operation processes.
- Conduct daily checks on the Critical Control Points of the Plant.
- Conduct regular Plant Preventive and routine Maintenance on the machines and equipment.
- Mixing of Chemicals used in the waste water plant.
- Ensure that the plant is always neat (i.e. good housekeeping at all times).
- Ensure availability of chemicals/materials needed to run the plant.
- Keep a daily log of activities in and around the plant.
- Ensure that the discharged water is safe for the surroundings and in line with regulatory requirements
- Ensure the safety of self and others in the line of work
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management
- Ensure compliance with FSMS requirements in the assigned work process

- Have an excellent verbal and written communication skill.
- Good knowledge of process safety management
- Have integrity and be a good team player
- Be organised and able to manage materials efficiently
- Have a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Possess good communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum of (5) five credits in O'Levels, Trade Test, C&G or OND in Sciences or Engineering
Experience
- Minimum of two (2) years' cognate experience preferably in a manufacturing, production or FMCG environment.
