About the Role Join ZF Slovakia as a Production Operator I (FutureStarter) and contribute to building a more efficient and eco-friendly future of mobility. You will be part of a dynamic international team, operating production machines and assembly lines, handling materials, and supporting quality-focused manufacturing in Levice. What You'll Do
- Operate production machines, equipment and assembly lines in accordance with prescribed production processes
- Handle materials and pallets, including assistance from handling equipment
- Perform simple manual tasks such as sorting and cleaning
- Conduct visual inspection and basic measurements using gauges
- Collaborate with production technical support
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the workstation What We're Looking For
- Secondary vocational education (SOU) with technical orientation and maturita
- Technical and manual skills; practical experience welcomed
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and follow processes Nice to Have
- Technical experience in a manufacturing setting is welcomed Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: from 1,120 EUR per month (base component from 850 EUR per month according to local law)
- Additional benefits per Collective Agreement: shift allowances 100–300 EUR, 13th and 14th salaries, loyalty travel allowance, employer contributions up to 6% of salary
