About the Role The Operator Trainer will ensure and document on-the-job training and coaching for production operators, identify training needs, and participate in operator evaluations to maintain and update qualification data and skills matrices. Working closely with HR, this role supports training initiatives and ensures instruction changes are reflected in procedures and the skills matrix. What You'll Do
- Ensure and document operators' on-the-job training and coaching
- Identify operators' training needs and participate in evaluations/appraisals
- Support specialist training to maintain and update skills matrix and employee qualification data
- Collaborate with HR on training updates, new initiatives and data transfers
- Perform duties in accordance with the skill matrix
- Provide training following complaints, QRQC, 8D, KOSU, technical changes & changes to instructions
- Support the flexibility concept
- Train employees on workstation rotations and monitor performance in new workstations in terms of quality and quantity What We're Looking For
- Level of Education: Bac
- Branch Of Study: all branches
- Experience: 1 year of experience or Secondary high School Level with 5 years of Experience
