About the Role The Reese Plant is a highly automated food manufacturing facility. Operators support processing and packaging in a fast-paced environment while upholding food safety and sanitation standards, performing daily audits, and completing production paperwork. Upon successful completion of a 90-calendar day probationary period, employees may be placed on 2nd or 3rd shifts for up to 36 months.
What You'll Do
- Operate processing and/or packaging equipment
- Operate a forklift
- Follow and interpret process information, perform quality checks (metal detectors, date codes, weight checks), and follow Autonomous Maintenance Programs (cleaning, inspecting, and lubricating equipment)
- Observe safety procedures, GMP, and good housekeeping practices
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma/GED
