Operator

About the Role Bosch Home Solutions is seeking an Operator to operate production equipment, perform testing, and assembly operations to ensure quality production per company standards. What You'll Do

• Read and accurately interpret sketches, assembly instructions, and safety/quality requirements.
• Assemble assigned products as instructed by work instructions; ensure safe operation and that quality standards are met.
• Use tools, fixtures, and machines (drilling, screwing, bolting); operate presses and punches; work with copper tubes and/or coil fins.
• May assist in training new operators.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and surrounding area; clean up at end of shift.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency.
• Follow all safety policies and consistently use required PPE. What We're Looking For
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing facility preferred.
• Ability to read assembly instructions, as well as safety and quality requirements.
