What we ask You preferably have an A2 diploma in a technical field or equivalent by experience and preferably 3 to 5 years of experience in production. You attach hygiene, safety and quality high on your agenda. You have a basic knowledge of nutrition and/or interest in it (distinguish between milk, yogurt, cream,....). You can read and interpret a schematic representation of an installation (e.g. pumps or valves on a plan). You can work accurately and independently. You have a strong sense of responsibility. You have good planning and organizational skills and you are stress resistant. You like to work in a team and a good group dynamic is crucial. You are sufficiently communicative and want to take responsibility to make the department perform better (via consultation moments, via continuous improvement). You work in 3 shifts during the week.

Vacaturetekst As an operator of the processing department you are responsible for starting up, cleaning and stopping installations (sterilisers, aseptic tanks). You closely monitor the process parameters. You understand the process and are able to perform a first root cause analysis in case of problems. You are responsible for signaling and intervening in deviations in the production process. You perform/register daily production and quality data. You perform a very autonomous operator role with great responsibility. You are also responsible for cleaning the machines. You are partly responsible for the hygiene and safety of the workplace and the daily registration thereof.
