Job title: Operator linie – divizia ARO
Autoliv Romania, Brașov, part of the Seatbelts division (ARO), is seeking an Operator on the production line to join the ARO team. The role involves working on the manufacturing line, following work instructions, and contributing to safe, high-quality output across three shifts.
What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor the production line in the Seatbelts division (ARO)
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Ensure product quality and report any issues
- Collaborate with the team and be flexible with shift changes
- Uphold company values and behavior guidelines (ownership, collaboration, adding value, simplifying, curiosity)
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 8 clase
- Abilități motrice/dexteritate
