We are recruiting to fill the position below:

• Job Title: Operator
• Location: Falomo, Lagos
• Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Receive and attend to customers' orders through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other online platforms.
• Accurately record and process customer orders.
• Provide customers with information on menu items, prices, and available promotions.
• Confirm delivery addresses and coordinate orders with the dispatch team.
• Respond politely to customer enquiries and complaints.
• Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of orders received.

Salary

• N130,000 - N150,000 per month.
