Operate and monitor machines inline with production requirements.
Follow all Health and Safety procedures and use PPE correctly.
Inspect parts to ensure they meet good quality standards and specifications according to the feature charts.
Ability to understand engineering drawings and be confident using measuring equipment
Report all faults, defects and safety concerns
Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience within a manufacturing environment (essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (essential)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality control systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Willing to learn and develop new skills
Reliable and punctual.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team to fault find.
