About the Role The Operator role is based at the Watco Catoosa, OK facility and focuses on operating equipment for transloading, transferring cargo, and inspecting equipment to keep the supply chain moving. This is an onsite, full-time position that requires strict adherence to safety procedures and reliable equipment handling. What You'll Do
- Operate heavy equipment for transloading and moving cargo
- Transfer cargo between facilities and inspect equipment for proper function
- Follow safety procedures and participate in routine inspections What We're Looking For
- 2+ years equipment experience preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to operate heavy equipment and perform inspections
- Commitment to safety and accurate cargo handling Nice to Have
- Experience with rail/logistics environments or transloading equipment is a plus Compensation & Benefits
