About the Role The Operations Technician will operate and maintain coating/plating process equipment in a manufacturing plant, following training, process documents, and 5S standards. This role supports aerospace coating applications and collaborates with maintenance to keep equipment running safely and efficiently. Schedule: 12-Hour Days; 7:00AM–7:30PM. What You'll Do
- Operate complex process equipment in the plant according to training, process documents, and 5S standards.
- Operate and maintain equipment that applies coating and/or plating for aerospace applications.
- Assist maintenance in troubleshooting and correcting equipment malfunctions or repairs and report faults to management and maintenance.
- Inspect parts, use hand tools, and make minor and routine adjustments to production equipment without assistance. What We're Looking For
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to read, comprehend and understand work instructions as well as technical specifications.
- Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
- Must be able to successfully pass the essential job function physical requirements.
- Level II (G10): at least 3 years of experience in a technical role in a manufacturing and/or aerospace environment.
- Level III (G11): at least 5 years of experience in a technical role in a manufacturing and/or aerospace environment. Compensation & Benefits
