About the Role As an Operations Technician, you will operate complex process equipment in a plant environment, measure and record data, and contribute to a collaborative team. This role supports production through hands-on adjustments and routine maintenance activities. What You'll Do
- Operate complex process equipment in a plant environment.
- Measure and record data associated with operating equipment.
- Work in a dynamic teamwork environment.
- Inspect parts, use hand tools, and perform minor and routine adjustments to production equipment.
- Maintain physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs., stand 8 hours or sit 8 hours. What We're Looking For
- High School diploma or equivalent required; further production/manufacturing experience preferred.
- Basic math and computer skills preferred.
- Ability to work 1st shift (07:00am - 03:30pm) and operate in a manufacturing setting.
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and endure standing/sitting for extended periods. Nice to Have
