Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Operations Team Lead to oversee daily operations, lead the operations team, and ensure smooth, safe, and efficient recycling activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily recycling and production activities.
• Lead and manage the operations team to achieve daily targets.
• Monitor the sorting, processing, and movement of recyclable materials.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and machinery.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and productivity.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges promptly.
• Maintain proper records and prepare regular operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Requirements

• HND/bachelor’s degree in operations management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in operations, production, recycling, FMCG, or manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets.
• Must be willing to work in Atan, Ogun State.

Salary

N250,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
