About the Role The Operations Talent Program (OTP) is a two-year career accelerator designed for high-potential candidates with STEM and MedTech backgrounds. It provides hands-on experience, global and regional onboarding, and a path to contribute to transformational initiatives within EssilorLuxottica's Global Operations. What You'll Do
- Participate in a structured onboarding that combines global and regional activities to help you understand EssilorLuxottica’s culture, values and core business processes.
- Complete the Academy (first six months) with digital modules on Leonardo and live sessions led by Functional Leaders to explore Operations and our vertically integrated model.
- Engage in the Transformative Competencies Path, developed in partnership with a world-class research institute.
- Undertake first rotation after Year 1 and contribute to projects tied to real business priorities with increasing ownership and impact.
- Collaborate across regions and functions to strengthen the OTP community through shared experiences and cross-functional projects.
- Complete a second rotation and progress to a permanent placement and long-term growth path within EssilorLuxottica Global Operations. What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in STEM fields (Engineering degree or equivalent), with graduation expected no later than October 2026
- Initial professional experience relevant to the role is a plus
- Fluency in English; additional languages are considered a plus
- Demonstrated intercultural experience gained through international study or work exposure
- Availability to start the program in November 2026
- Openness to international mobility
- Agility & Adaptability, result orientation, high interpersonal savvy with the ability to influence, build relationships, and navigate complex stakeholder environments Nice to Have
- Other languages besides English are a plus
- Prior internship or project experience in manufacturing or MedTech environments
- Demonstrated ability to navigate cross-cultural and international work environments
