About the Role Join Randstad as an Operations Support Specialist responsible for assembling electro-mechanical products and ensuring quality through testing and troubleshooting. This role requires reading drawings and schematics, using a variety of tools, and identifying discrepancies to escalate to supervision or engineering.
What You'll Do
- Assemble electro-mechanical products, subassemblies, wiring harnesses, and components following drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Perform low-voltage wiring, basic soldering, connector installation, and cable routing.
- Build or rework assemblies using hand tools, power tools, and precision tools.
- Identify discrepancies in drawings or instructions and communicate them to the supervisor or engineering.
- Testing & Troubleshooting
What We're Looking For
- Experience with electro-mechanical assembly and wiring preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision tools.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year.
