Role Overview

Our organization is seeking detail-oriented Operations Support Specialists to provide crucial assistance for key business operations, workload backlogs, and capacity needs. This position focuses on processing incoming business requests, accurate data entry, document review, request routing, transaction support, and advisor correspondence activities. Responsibilities will adapt based on evolving business priorities, offering a dynamic and engaging environment for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and sort incoming documents and requests by process type.

• Determine whether submissions are in good order (IGO) or not in good order (NIGO).

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate information in processing systems.

• Log, track, and route requests received from the Contact Center and other business channels.

• Process transactions, manage documentation, and support backlog reduction efforts.

• Prepare and distribute correspondence to advisors via mail and email.

• Perform quality reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures.

• Support training, knowledge transfer, and other operational initiatives as needed.

• Required Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Experience: Previous experience in data entry, operations support, administrative support, or transaction processing is required.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and standard business database systems is required.
